400 boxes(500pcs/box) a day.
The delivery time:
-----------we have our production schedule, based on our production capacity , we could manufacture
2000 boxes in 7 days. Before we sign the contract, we will inform our customer our
production schedule,so we could confirm the delivery time.
The hanger quality:
----------- We have 4 skilled technicians responsible for the production of hangers. Thanks to our
stable hanger mechanical operation, our hangers are the same size and have sufficient
support. Regarding the surface treatment of hangers, during the spraying process, there
is a proper space between the hangers, so that our hangers rarely stick together.
The hanger price :
------------- The hanger diameter is bigger, the price is higher. Same diameter/gauge ,the white color
hanger is more expensive than the blue color hanger,because the wire pigment price
is higher than blue color, besides, 20 kgs white powder could be used for 40 boxes
hanger production, 20kgs blue powder could be used for 55 boxes hanger production.
